Who we are

Terror is an American heavy metal music band formed in 1985 by guitarist Michael Leahy and vocalist Kevin Rodgers in Sonoma, California. Their music features complex arrangements and fast rhythm sections, and lyrical themes of historical events, war, politics, personal hardships and religion. 

In 1988, Terror released its first demo, The Quiet Earth, When Guns Speak and the Death March were a moderate success. This gained them recognition with their local news paper the Sonoma Index Tribune and fans throughout the US.

In 1990 the band parted ways.

In 2019 guitarist Michael Leahy and vocalist Kevin Rodgers reconnected and decided to reestablish the band. Mike and Kevin have started to write new music once again. A decision was made to change the name from Terror to Harvester. The name Harvester is indicative on the very foundation of where the band was originally formed - Sonoma California the wine country. Harvester was also a name to harvest fans for music. Harvester is committed to continue creating and playing music after being separated for over 26 years.
